'87 Fiat-Allis 65B Motor Grader Hub/Parts

We recently purchased a '87 65B Motor Grader and some yahoo who had it machined the taper off the spindle, cut a center out of the hub and put in a keyway and then welded it all together. Anyways, we have been trying to find a hub for the past couple weeks. We got some of our buddies at a local machine shop to make a new spindle but we can't find the specific hub anywhere. Do you guys know any places that still sell these? Everything we have found isn't the right one.

The numbers on the hub casting is - 690748
The number we have found out of a old manual online is - 73138427
